Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Official Marshmello gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
